Get AI from zero to one.
A one-week AI readiness assessment at a fixed price. You find out what AI your company already uses, which pilots are worth finishing, and the three opportunities to do first, with a plan to make them stick.

Problem
What we’re solving
- Staff are already using AI tools nobody has inventoried.
- Pilots get approved one at a time, and nobody decides which to finish and which to stop.
- The people who will own AI day to day have not been trained to run it.
What we do
How we help
- Inventory of AI tools and pilots in use, including the unofficial ones
- An honest read on each pilot: finish it, fix it, or stop it
- Top three AI opportunities, ranked by value and effort
- Data and privacy risks flagged for your privacy lead or counsel
The package
AI Readiness Assessment
A clear answer to “where should AI go first, and how do we make it last?” in one week.
- Short interviews with three to five people who use AI or own the work
- An inventory of every AI use we find, official or not
- A finish, fix or stop call on each pilot
- Your top three opportunities, with the metric each should move and who should own it
You get: A written readiness report and a 45-minute readout call. Leadership leaves knowing what to do first, what to stop, and what the team needs to learn to run it.

How it works
Three phases
1
Find what AI is already in use, who owns it and what it touches.
2
Rank the opportunities and decide which pilots to finish, fix or stop.
3
Walk leadership through the report and agree the first move and its owner.
Who it’s for
Built for
For owners, COOs and operations leaders at companies of 20 to 500 people who know AI is already in use and want a straight answer on where to go first before spending more.
FAQ
Questions buyers usually ask
How long does it take and what does it cost?
One week from kickoff to readout, for a fixed $1,500. The scope is set on the intro call, so the price does not move once we start.
What do you need from us?
A list of the AI tools and pilots you know about, and 30 minutes each with three to five people who use them or own the work. That is usually under four hours of your team’s time in total.
Do you cover privacy and compliance?
We flag where AI use touches personal or sensitive data so you know what to take to your privacy lead or counsel. We are not lawyers and do not give legal opinions.
What happens after the assessment?
The report is yours to act on with or without us. If you want help, the usual next steps are training for the team or building the top-ranked opportunity.
What is an AI readiness assessment?
A short, structured look at how your company uses AI today and where it should go next: what tools are already in use, which pilots are worth finishing, where the gaps are, and the three opportunities to do first. Ours takes one week and ends in a written report, not a scorecard.
Do we need a big budget or a data science team to start with AI?
No. Most of the early value comes from better use of tools you can already buy, applied to the right workflows. Part of the assessment is telling you if and when you would need more than that.
What is AI-ready data?
Data you can actually get at and trust without a six-month clean-up: current, owned by someone, and accessible to the systems that need it. If yours is not there yet, the assessment says so and says what it would take.
What are the biggest challenges businesses face with AI adoption?
The usual ones are unclear ownership, data that is hard to reach, staff who were never trained, pilots with no business metric, and costs nobody tracks. The assessment tells you which of these apply to you.
